Email usehoshi@gmail.com. Include your Hoshi username, device model, iOS version, app version/build, and a short description of what happened.
Bug reports
If something breaks, send the steps that caused it, what you expected to happen, and any screenshots that do not include private account information. Hoshi also includes an in-app bug report flow for signed-in users.
Purchases and restore
For Hoshi Plus issues, include whether the purchase was monthly or annual, whether you used Restore Purchases, and the Apple ID or Google account used for the store purchase. Do not email passwords or payment card details.
Account and data requests
For account deletion, data access, or privacy requests, email support from the address associated with your Hoshi account when possible and include your username.
